Does the existing nonprofit ethic undermine our ability to eradicate great problems and put charities at a severe disadvantage to the for-profit sector at every level? Do charity rating systems create backwards priorities, distracting charities from their core work in an effort to win stars? Dan Pallotta raises these questions in his book, Uncharitable: How Restraints on Nonprofits Undermine Their Potential.

This was a special 90-minute Nonprofit 911 webinar featuring Dan Pallotta along with the leaders of two of the largest charity rating systems: Ken Berger, CEO of Charity Navigator and Bob Ottenhoff, CEO of Guidestar. It was a lively discussion!
