It's 2010, do you know where your online donations are?

But where do you start? What resources do you need to have in place to get your program going or boost an existing online presence to the next level?
There's no such thing as a "magic donate button," but there are practical ways to be successful online. Some ideas to look forward to:
- The Tale of the Broken Magic Button. A DonateNow button is not filled with donor-attracting potion and social networks aren't magical money machines. So how do you drive traffic to donate online?
- Need is Not Enough. Everyone knows your organization needs money. What is special about you? How do you shift your messaging from need-based to impact-focused?
- Be Generous and Lazy. How the heck are you supposed to find the time to do all the activities you can/should be doing to be successful online?
